Thank you for shopping at Becomingly Co. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital downloads, templates, and electronic assets are non-refundable and not eligible for return. Once the download link has been accessed or the digital file has been delivered to your email, the sale is considered final. We recommend reviewing all product descriptions and requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Physical Goods (30-Day Return Policy)

For physical merchandise, you are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you (or a designated third party) received the product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement. Please contact us at info@becominglyco.com to initiate this process.

3. Conditions for Returns

In order for physical goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods are in their original packaging.

  • The goods are not included in the "Non-Returnable" list below.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Digital Downloads: Any software, PDFs, or digital assets once delivered.

  • Personalized Items: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Perishables: Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned (e.g., items that expire rapidly).

  • Hygiene Items: Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

  • Inseparable Items: Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

4. Returning Physical Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

5. Reimbursements

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned physical goods. We will use the same means of payment used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

6. Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
